The typical Candidate should have had a background in the retail securities industry (i.e. former broker, Sales Aid, OSJ, etc.) and be familiar with the position of a registered representative, or be seriously interested in learning the skills they need to meet the requirements of this opportunity.

The Candidate should have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be looking to earn an above average income as in Independent Business Person (1099). (i.e. a person who has explored opening their own business, a person who can work independently, a person who is used to working on a commission basis.)
